Tracing every line on a raster image is the art of Vectorizing. Vector art is made using points and paths rather than pixels.
I have manually traced all my vector art in two programs: Corel Draw and Vinyl Master Pro.
Once every line in a Raster image is traced, Vector Art can be re-sized to any proportion without losing its resolution.
Lines, colors, and fills can be changed or manipulated easily, and they are “infinitely scalable”
