Welcome to my Comments and Review Blog
I have been trying to find a "Comments and Reviews" or "Forum" app to put on my page, however, I can't seem to find an app that doesn't charge a monthly fee. I appreciate all your emails, and I try to respond to all of your questions and comments as quickly as I can. I am hoping that by adding this Blog page, you may be able to leave comments and questions on a shared blog. I look forward to hearing from you.
I have a long way to go to have my cubby organized and filled with all the information and designs I have made over the years, and I have countless graphic designs and pictures I want to share with the world, it's just that most times I just don't know where to start, and many times I feel like I am just spinning my wheels.
And just as a little heads up, sometimes it takes many more days that I would like to return to this cubby and respond to my email. I try to at least once a week, though everything depends on if my body will allow me to function and for how long. (This is a whole other blog that I'm thinking of starting.)

Well I found your website today advertising your genealogy forms and you have several that I absolutely LOVE! I only purchased a few of your genealogy scrapbook pages and your ancestor interview worksheet at first to make certain I could use these without issue before purchasing a packet. You had a lot of single newly written forms that I really liked so it was difficult to decide which I wanted to purchase first :)
I've also had some issues finding ways to actually fill in the ancestor interview form. I had to open it through Internet Explorer in order to get access to do that and I have to move the cursor each time and place it where I want the words to be placed. Another thing I was concerned with that is now proving to be an issue is the amount of space that is given to answer the questions. I was hoping these would be fillable by simply hitting the tab key and then filling in as much space as needed and then the questions would just shift and take up more pages if need be. Now I'm having to lower the font size in order to get all the answer in the space.
Another concern I had was how many copies are we allowed to make of the file? I didn't think of this until earlier after saving the interview form with a different file name so that it was specific to my interviewee and easily findable again. When I saved it I noticed there was a number 1 next to the original file name. This made me wonder if maybe we are limited on how many times we can use your products after we purchase them? I am new to purchasing forms like this so I never considered this might be an issue. Was wondering if I might have overlooked something about this when purchasing. I had thought I would be able to create file specifics for individuals to be printed when need be and still have the digital copy original stored away so I could use it anytime I needed it? Maybe someone out there will have the answer to how these types of things work?
On the plus side I did receive both jpg and pdf versions of all that I ordered. I really liked that part though now I'm not quite sure what to do with the JPG version? Still a nice touch though I think as soon as I figure out what to do with it now!
And has anyone received the pretty background choices offered when your choosing packets? They had three photos one was a wooded scene, the second was a boat on the water, and third was a beautiful vine draped scene in a cemetery. I kept waiting to see the option to choose if I wanted one of the backgrounds rather than just the options of antique, silver, or white?
Even though I have a lot of questions I really do like your forms there are just a few issues that could be handled a bit better as far as explaining how and what to do once you made these purchases and what you can do with them. I realize most of you know all about this type of thing but for the newbies just catching up well we are a bit in the dark back here :) I'll be keeping my eyes open for replies and if I figure it all out you can look for me to be making more purchases!
Wonderful work!
